BREAKING! Shoigu Caught Discrediting the Shoigu!
Will Shoigu be arrested for insulting the honor of Russia's soldiers?
If you haven’t been following this latest Kremlin farce, let me catch you up to speed.
The short of it is that Shoigu gave an interview to a state media channel and messed it up badly. Because of his unforced error, the media channel had to take down the interview, and everyone is snickering at Shoigu — which I strongly disavow.

According to him, an interview with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu was removed from the website of the Rossiya-1 TV channel. In it, in response to the journalist’s question “Will we win?”, which refers to Russia’s victory over Ukraine in the Northern Military District, Shoigu throws up his hands. A deleted page now takes the place of the interview.
The incriminating shrug in question:
Experts are still debating just what kind of shrug it is.
Is it a helpless shrug? An “I don’t know” shrug? An “I don’t care” shrug?
We’ll let the courts decide.

According to Komsomolskaya Pravda, Shoigu gave this interview to the TV channel on Wednesday, September 13. The head of the Ministry of Defense, according to the publication, said that the Russian military continues to destroy personnel and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
“We continue to knock out, and knock out, and knock out equipment, knock out personnel - everyone who has been continuing the offensive for months now,” the minister said on the Rossiya-1 TV channel. (quote from Komsomolskaya Pravda). Just after this remark, the journalist asked a question, to which the minister shrugged his shoulders.
The head of the department clarified that the autumn campaign is currently underway. He also noted that the Russian Armed Forces are actively maintaining defense in the necessary areas.
So the shrug stole the whole interview and led to the whole thing getting scrubbed because the MoD (not me!) thought that it looked as if Shoigu was less than optimistic about the prospects of the Not-War going forward.
Me, I don’t know what to make of it:
However, in the now-scrubbed interview of Shoigu, he admitted that the MoD has no plan except to keep lobbing missiles at Ukraine and destroying equipment and holding defensive lines for the foreseeable future. This makes perfect sense and is totally in line with the fact that:
Someone just assassinated the most combat-capable commanders in the Russian military and the Kremlin itself just sighed and shrugged
There has been no subsequent mobilization and the Kremlin is relying on PMCs more and more
Business continues as usual between Western and Eastern oligarchs
All of Moscow’s red lines have been crossed multiple times and the Kremlin has done nothing but fire off some PR fireworks that are a) ineffective b) costly c) never aimed at anything actually important
I have lost count of how many big names have stated that negotiations will begin by the end of the year
The fundamental difference between myself - the lone voice of sanity in the English Russia-watcher blogosphere - and the plan-trusters, is that they just make stuff up. Like, my view of the situation is based on actual statements made by people like Putin and Shoigu and their American counterparts. ZAnon’s analysis is based on filling in the blanks. In fact, to believe the idea that the Kremlin has a plan - any plan, really - one would have to ignore what people like Peskov or Lavrov or Putin himself have admitted to multiple times already. At this point, all the top officials have admitted that this whole debacle has been a mistake and that they didn’t know things would turn out so badly, but that the whole country has to muddle through it somehow for better or for worse.
But the ZAnon narrative is exactly the opposite of that — all of this from beginning to end was a brilliant maneuver! The peace deal that Kiev broke — part of the plan. The Snake Island deal that broke the naval blockade — part of the plan. The rout in Kharkov — part of the plan. The surrender of Kherson — part of the plan. The Wagner mutiny — part of the plan. The other grain deals that Putin admitted were a trick — part of the plan. NATO supporting Ukraine to the hilt and now preparing to transfer F-16s — part of the plan. Whatever catastrophe happens next — part of the plan.
Do not trust what our Kremlin heroes themselves have told us in interviews, official statements, etc! That is all a clever trick! We know better! We modern internet haruspices can interpret the hidden signals and signs that you dumb peasants can’t!
That’s how religion works, folks. It is indistinguishable from sophisticated propaganda.
The truth is that Kiev is all three at once.
I’m sorry to keep hammering home this talking point, but it really is QAnon all over again. For years, low-IQ Christians thought that Trump was blinking out morse code to his supporters to let them know the location of the Antichrist or something. This is the exact same thing at work here, except with Shoigu and Putin.

The people who keep falling for this stuff probably are, on some genetic level, born to be slaves. Maybe the Annunaki tampered with their genes to make them good mine-workers tens of thousands of years ago or something. And the slow-witted, slack-jawed, teary-eyed chumps who believe in letting themselves get lied to and conned to prove how good and faithful they are comprise the majority of the population, unfortunately. Thus, the only reason why our leaders know that they can get away with lying and brutalizing the population so much is because they know that the peasants actually crave this kind of emotional, religious and political abuse.

Just flip open your own holy book and read for yourself about how a fiery, murderous, interest-rate-charging deity and his nation of priests harass and defraud every single tribe that they come into contact with over the centuries. Read the holy declaration of their prophets to enslave the entire world and listen to the conquered congregations hum the Psalms of the enemy, effectively wishing death and dhimmitude upon themselves.
Fast forward to today, and the prophecies in that book are nearly fulfilled in their entirety. The nations have all but been destroyed, their kings bend the knee to Jerusalem and all their pagan customs are outlawed (national pride, positive self-identity, conscious communities, freedom of association, ability to do business, live freely, native spirituality, etc). Now that Christianity has served its purpose, few openly identify with the religion anymore because an even more egregious update called Capitalism and then Communism has taken its place in their hearts.
But their internal slave-wiring remains in place.
Even though fewer people still willingly refer to themselves as sheep nowadays as a point of pride, which is an improvement, they still mindlessly bow down to shyster-prophets and believe in religious narratives disguised as news commentary. Some still march off to die in the Crusades of their Chosen masters for whatever ‘ism tickles their fancy, just as their LORD would have wanted.
I wish there was some way that the people who were awake to the con could separate from the grey masses and escape their fate somehow. But we peasants are all in the same boat, together, sadly.

If this study is accurate, most people may simply be meat robots, lacking thoughts inside their heads, and they react to stimuli as they experience it. A lack of internal dialogue could help explain why so many people live paycheck-to-paycheck with no ability to plan for an expense. The premium for car insurance isn’t an event that’s planned for, it’s just something that happens; if a person has the money great, if not they’ll deal with it when the bill comes in. It’s why people living on food stamps both eat steak, buy expensive hardbacks and run out of money before the month ends. The idea that the person will need to eat at the end of the month just like they did last month doesn’t cross their minds. Perhaps it also explains why most women verbalize everything they feel to those around them as a running commentary.
If this explanation for the general population’s behavior is accurate, the ramifications are disquieting. Should such an unthinking, irresponsible group have a vote in society via “democracy” (and not just a vote, but one carrying the same weight as yours?) There is a meme mocking those who seek to enlighten the masses about the world’s problems — “Wake up sheeple!” — because it doesn’t work, but some continue to try like Sisyphus anyways...
