The West Doesn't Really View the Kremlin as the Enemy
They might graciously allow Putin to surrender.
Putin recently hosted an African leaders summit in Russia.
At the meeting, he talked about how the West was racist, cancelled the Africans’ debt i.e., money they borrowed from the Russian people (how generous of him!) and the chair of the event announced that Putin was ready to have talks with Kiev towards the end:
During the final statement at the Russia-Africa summit, the chairman of the African Union, Azali Assoumani, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to start negotiations on the Ukrainian issue.
According to him, the Russian leader is ready to sit down at the negotiating table and find a solution to the conflict. Now the task of the world community is to convince Kyiv to start peace negotiations.
The head of the African Union expressed hope that by joint efforts it would be possible to convince Ukraine of the need to start the negotiation process, writes RIA Novosti.
No denials from the Kremlin, so, probably this is the truth. On its own though this isn’t really news. The Kremlin already tried to sign a bad secret peace treaty back in April of last year.
The real news that came out of the summit though is that Putin revealed that he and his grandparents actually came from Africa. He shared this photo (colorized) of his great-grandfather with the African leaders, which impressed everyone, finally answering long-standing mysteries surrounding his family origins:
He then said that he wouldn’t leave his brothers hanging, and offered to provide grain free of charge to his hungry people in Africa.
“The Russians will feed you for free,” he promised them. “We aren’t racist,” he said and, “I hate White people, really,” he added for good measure. Putin then introduced the Africans to his good friend Prigozhin, who also attended the conference:
Prigozhin is a well-known humanitarian philanthropist who runs a large charity network in several African countries. His organization, Wagner, is named after the famous German humanitarian of the 19th century who loved Africans. Many new humanitarian contracts were doubtlessly signed at the summit. The Kremlin’s top priority right now is to provide the continent of Africa with all the debt forgiveness, free grain and mercenary contracts that they need. This is how Moscow will win the hyper-dimensional humanitarian super-war being waged with the West now. Only closed-minded racists refuse to understand what is going on in Botswana right now and how it will checkmate the globalists. Tick-tock!

Jokes aside (although I wasn’t joking), Moscow likes to whine about their unrequited willingness to begin talks with the Anglo-Satanists. Kiev and Washington, for their part though, insist that Rashism has to be defeated (and then Russia de-Russified). Kiev insists that their demands are non-negotiable: a return to 1991 borders. So, if the African Summit statement was all the news that I had for today, it wouldn’t even be worth writing an article about.
Unfortunately, the evidence continues to pile up that secret surrender negotiations are already underway.
First, there is Moscow Times article being discussed now in which a negotiator who wished to remain anonymous confirmed that Moscow was already in talks with the Anglo-Satanists. This claim should surprise literally no one with a brain though. It is becoming quite clear that both “sides” have been in communication literally every single step of the way of this conflict.
A a quick qualifier before I continue: Yes, MT is a pro-globalist newspaper. I know this, you know this, everyone gets it. But did you know that MT was also the voice of the pro-Western Russian elites for the better part of 3 decades? So, I mean, why get mad at me for quoting it when you should be mad at the authorities for allowing such a media project to operate and promote Liberalism and smut in Russia for so long. In other words, if they’re so bad, why are we noticing only now? It’s like the whole Prigozhin narrative - all of a sudden a respectable, handshake-worthy person or institution is revealed to be subversive and criminal and treacherous. Before that though, well, I guess the Kremlin was too naive and trusting and simply got fooled yet again!
Let me add this: Independent Media, the holding company for MT also owns Playboy in Russia and other such media properties. Pornography blazes the way for messianic Liberalism and the Globalist occupation government, always. Few understand this though. Consider: When Germany was defeated, Washington flooded it with pornography to destroy the Germans’ martial spirit. When Palestine was invaded by the Israelis (again) they blasted pornography on the main TV channels as a form of pacification. And when the USSR was imploded, the pornographers swooped in as well.
The same old tribe of culprits enthusiastically participated in and promoted this new libertine culture in the FSU. See Putin’s god-daughter, Ksenia Sobchak, and what she got up to back in the day:
If you feel like jerking off to this yenta there is something wrong with you. Seriously.
Washington advances its hegemony by promoting the unholy trinity of smut, drugs and rap music all over the world. Everyone knows that American culture is all about vice at this point, which is why the dregs of society embrace it so enthusiastically. Whenever you see an organization or a person promoting this kind of Americanized “porn culture” abroad, you should ask yourself whether or not they work for the CIA and why they are being promoted, exactly.
Hmm.
Also, we should ask ourselves if countries that allow Western smut to infect their own populations and copy it enthusiastically are really standing up to the West or not. We know that Russia’s cultural elites do not promote social conservatism by any stretch of the imagination. We also know that Russia’s media is run by Putin’s close friend, the oligarch Kovalchuk, and Deep State goon Gromov. The results really speak for themselves.
With all that out of the way, let’s go ahead and read what the US official, who spoke to yesterday’s esteemed journalistic partners of the Kremlin and today’s Western agents of subversion within Russia, had to say:
Secret diplomatic talks are ongoing between former senior U.S. national security officials and high-ranking members of the Kremlin, a former U.S. official directly involved in the talks has confirmed to The Moscow Times.
Earlier this month, NBC first reported the existence of these back-channel discussions, which involve former U.S. officials engaging in discreet exchanges with the Kremlin, as well as a meeting with Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, in an effort to lay the groundwork for negotiations to end the war in Ukraine.
Yeah, I covered that as well:
My position was that these negotiations were being dangled in front of Moscow as a kind of trick to get them to think that they’d be allowed to wriggle out of this debacle with their face intact somehow.
Not going to happen, I said.
Wishful thinking, I said.
Known as track 1.5 diplomacy, these covert discussions enable both sides to understand each other's red lines and mitigate potential conflicts, serving as a crucial link between official government negotiations (track 1 diplomacy) and unofficial expert dialogues (track 2).
The Moscow Times has since spoken to one of the individuals directly involved in these talks. The former U.S. official agreed to speak on condition of anonymity given the confidential nature of the discussions.
“There is an eminent need for track 1.5 diplomacy when the world gets closed off as it has now,” the former official said.
Meetings between the U.S. and officials in the Kremlin have been taking place at least twice a month, often through an online format.
“I have been visiting Moscow at least every three months,” the former official said.
Big if true. So much for “existential conflict” with the Anglo-Satanists. It will also be a disappointment for all Democracy fans when they learn that the US Deep State like Putin and his people. We could see a scenario play out in the near future where the pro-Ukraine people start accusing Washington of supporting Moscow. The minute that they figure things out is when they will be suppressed, of course.
From his vantage point, sitting across from senior Kremlin officials and advisers, it was apparent that the greatest issue was that the Russians were unable to articulate what exactly they wanted and needed.
“They don't know how to define victory or defeat. In fact, some of the elites to whom we spoke had never wanted the war in the first place, even saying it had been a complete mistake,” he said.
“But now they’re at war — suffering a humiliating defeat is not an option for these guys.”
“It was here that we made clear that the U.S. was prepared to work constructively with Russian national security concerns,” the former official added, breaking from the official U.S. line of squeezing Russia financially and isolating it internationally so as to prevent it from continuing its war against Ukraine.
“An attempt to isolate and cripple Russia to the point of humiliation or collapse would make negotiating almost impossible — we are already seeing this in the reticence from Moscow officials,” he said.
“In fact, we emphasized that the U.S. needs, and will continue to need, a strong enough Russia to create stability along its periphery. The U.S. wants a Russia with strategic autonomy in order for the U.S. to advance diplomatic opportunities in Central Asia. We in the U.S. have to recognize that total victory in Europe could harm our interests in other areas of the world.
“Russian power,” he concluded, “is not necessarily a bad thing.”
I admit that I am baffled by why the West is so anti-Putin. Is it really because he doesn’t like gay sex? I mean, other than that, there is no disagreement really between Putin’s boys and Biden’s boys on anything. Not on economics, not on multi-kulti, not even on religion really (both are Zionists). Why bother with this Not-War?
Forced to do so, I have provided several explanations for why Washington is pushing the Kremlin so hard before.
This is an oligarchic spat: the Moscow oligarchs want a seat at the big boy table of the NWO and their Western cousins refuse to share power and profits with them
Unhinged ethno-religious blood-thirst aimed at Russians living in the RF and Ukraine governs Western policy and trumps rationality
The opportunity for politicians and banks and corporations to make a lot of money from the chaos and strife was simply too good to pass up
But if they had done nothing more than just continue funding the opposition in Russia, promoting the cultural subversion, allowing Putin and his friends to loot the country and stash the money in the West as they have always done, and, the coup de grace, encourage the Russian government to continue softly ethnically cleansing Russia through mass migration, they would have won in the long-term anyway. So, it seems to me that within the US there might be two factions: one that understands that Russia is already an American plaything and therefore this escalation is pointless and counter-productive, potentially, should it lead to something changing politically in Russia as a result of the stress; and a second faction that clearly wants escalation regardless.
This would seem to indicate that negotiations are possible between Washington and Kremlin, should the more reasonable faction (think people like Carlson, Kissinger Burns, Macgregor, Sachs) win out somehow.
But, again, to me this narrative that there are reasonable people in Washington seems like a CIA trap very similar to the QAnon or ZAnon or Operation Trust narrative. The only reasonable way to proceed from Russia’s side is to assume that unhinged psychos run the American Empire and to plan accordingly.
On the subject of Russia's deepening relationship with China, the former official acknowledged that completely severing ties between Moscow and Beijing was unrealistic. However, efforts should be made to limit the extent of this relationship, he argued. Washington’s goal is to strike a balance that prevents an overwhelming consolidation of Russian power while fostering diplomatic opportunities in Asia, where Moscow plays a significant role.
This idea that they need Russia to balance against China is probably just a trick to get Russia to lower its guard and part of the larger narrative psy-op that is. China was built up by the United States and appears to be enthusiastically complying with every single dictate of the Globalist agenda. Also, China is run according to the dictates of a rootless cosmopolitan Communist ideology, which was fostered and planted there by literal Trotskyists from the West back in the day and which suppresses native Chinese culture on the grounds that it is ‘reactionary’ and ‘bourgeois’.
The country appears to be similarly run by a coalition of pro-West oligarchs who make all their money with the West, and slightly less pro-West siloviks that want to negotiate a better seat at the NWO table with the West, not to upend it. In other words, China is most definitely NOT run by Han nationalists, who are actually suppressed and repressed by the spooks, seeking to end Western hegemony. The main difference between Russia and China is that China was chosen to be the world’s factory and the USSR wasn’t, which means that Russia is expendable and has less leverage. But whatever, I’m no China expert and don’t pretend to be.
But a post on the secret history of China-USSR relations is in the works though, just fyi.
The Western plan seemed to be to use Russia’s Western occupation government to war against China at some point, but then Syria happened and Crimea and Donbass, and it seems now that this scenario is no longer a real possibility. But opinions differ on this. According to the Zionist Deep State government goblin Edward Luttwak, Russia is not a threat to the West and should be brought back into the fold to fight a war with China soon instead. He also thinks that a deal is being worked out by more sober minds in the Deep State like Burns, who is in close contact with his Moscow spook partners and managing this conflict. Luttwak believes that Putin will be chastised, but that Moscow will be allowed to keep Crimea and the DNR and LNR.
So: either Russia is allowed to be join the coalition against China like Putin always wanted, or this is just an empty offering to trick Russia’s elites into lowering their guard and not taking this crisis as seriously as they should.
We continue with the article:
“This does not mean we are abandoning Ukraine or Europe,” the former official was quick to note. “Rather, we want to find ways of guaranteeing Ukraine’s independence while bringing Russia back as a more creative player in European security.”
Both the U.S. and Russia should have used greater strategic imagination in the decades since the collapse of the Soviet Union, the official argued further. In recent years, Moscow has become especially resentful after the Biden administration did not prioritize efforts to rebuild strained U.S.-Russia ties.
The Biden administration thus realized — albeit too late — that Russia sought to be taken seriously, with its military build-up at Ukraine’s borders in 2021 a tactic to gain attention.
That is exactly the position of this blog: that the Kremlin is trying to bring the West to the negotiating table so that the Kremlin elites can get a seat at the big boy NWO table. Their actions in Syria and Georgia and Ukraine can be understood as them playing hardball, simple as.
“There has been a severe lack of sustained U.S.-Russia dialogue on European security,” the former official said, “and our negotiations in early 2022, prior to the full-scale invasion should have remained confidential, but the Russians proceeded to leak the details. This made the negotiation process far more difficult.”
He admitted, however, that no matter how much work the U.S. might now undertake, sooner or later Russia and Ukraine would have to sit down together at the negotiating table.
“We suggested setting up a number of diplomatic channels in order to satisfy the desires of all the parties involved,” he said. “There firstly needs to be a serious U.S.-Russia channel, as these are the only two countries powerful enough to negotiate security in Europe. There must of course be a channel between Ukraine and Russia, another between Russia and the EU; and one between Russia and the Global South.”
During the discussions, it became evident that Ukraine’s chances of regaining its occupied territories were extremely slim. Crimea remains a particularly contentious issue, as Ukraine asserts its intent to reclaim the region which Russia annexed in 2014.
“If Russia thought it might lose Crimea,” the ex-official said, “it would almost certainly resort to [using] tactical nuclear weapons.”
Meh. I don’t buy it.
But I also don’t buy that Crimea will be taken by Ukraine.
Moscow will negotiate with Kiev and probably pay rents for it when all is said and done.
According to Lukashenko, this was what the secret peace treaty from April stipulated - Moscow renting out Crimea and Donbass. Now though, even if Moscow wants to de-escalate, it does not seem possible to get such generous terms anymore. It is far more likely that this war will move into Russia proper eventually and that more internal unrest lies in near future for Russia now that Putin and his friends were revealed to be so weak following the Wagner mutiny.
But the former official expressed a sense of impasse in the ongoing secret talks. “In Russian diplomacy, everything is now linked, all built around the locus of the war making it impossible to do any productive forms of diplomacy.”
The problem was less with the Russian elite as a whole than it was with Putin specifically, he explained.
“Putin is the major block to all progress,” he said. “The U.S. administration has made at least one attempt to speak with the Kremlin but Putin himself refused.”
For this reason, he argued, Washington “should begin reaching out to the anti-war Russian elite and begin making progress with them.”
If there was support among the elite for another leader, he said, “ousting Putin would not be impossible.”
Indeed.
The plan is clearly to stir up a civil war within Russia. And they plan to use the oligarchs to do it though, not the patriots. The so-called “sixth column” doesn’t exist and is already sitting in a jail cell and probably will be stuck there for the next 5 years for insulting Shoigu’s honor.
The Kremlin would much rather prefer to do business and negotiate with the West-approved Liberals, eventually. Many of them used to attend the same Torah-reading circle in Moscow together back in the day, after all.
I could easily see them offering a deal to the West in which they start power-sharing with the Permanent Opposition in exchange for a cease-fire.
Now, I’ve got more to share, but I think that I made my main point already: lots of datapoints seem to indicate that a deal is being worked out behind the scenes between the Eastern and Western partners. I’m afraid I’d upset my more casual readers by sharing the rest of my thoughts on the topic. So, the rest of the analysis I reserve for the hardened Stalkers who are ready to hear some harsh truths.
