Lukashenko Reveals Hidden Sell-Out Agenda Behind Secret Moscow-Kiev Talks
Thank God we have Luka.
First things first, I am behind on the news and I realize that. I was busy doing that presser translation, which took awhile and had yet more bureaucratic paperwork in meatspace that needed doing. Secondly, I am 10 paid subs from my new/old goal. Some people have suggested that I paywall the comments, but keep the blog public for now. I think that’s a fair step escalatory step to take in my terror campaign against my casual readers.
So, from here on out, my posts will be pay-to-comment only until I receive my well-earned tribute.
Also, some of you are laboring under the illusion that I cherish and value the comments left by the unpaying rabble. This is actually literally the opposite of the truth. I tolerate your comments and I get nothing but spite in response to my kind-hearted largesse. The few people who actually say anything of any worth already support the blog. The rest of you are a bunch of loud-mouthed cranks that pollute this sanctum of sanity and who seem to think that I owe them??? for having to read their input day in and day out.
Look: out of the thousands of people who read my stuff, the people who comment comprise a tiny fraction of the total. They are completely unrepresentative of the masses who read my stuff. I don’t have to cater to unpaid, over-entitled commenters making demands of me and calling me a CIA agent or a money-grubber, or whatever, so I simply won’t going forward.
Either put up or clear out.
OUT I SAID!
Also, a big “thank you” to you to all the new Stalkers who have answered the call over the last couple of days. I hope you find the deep dives that I provide behind the paywall edifying. There are plenty more in the works. Let me just finish shaking down the rabble for the money they owe me and then we can get back to our regularity scheduled programming.
Only 10 more to go! Sign up now! Seriously! Do it!

I hear that the Not-War is still going on. Kiev pokes and probes and gets beaten back. There have been UAF gains here, Russian counter-gains there and also a lull. It may be premature, but I declare that the first phase of the counter-offensive has been a resounding failure for the UAF.

The real war is the political scheming that goes on behind the scenes to decide the fate of the Slavlands. And so, the real news comes from many miles behind the contact line, from Minsk, in fact, where President Lukashenko decided to casually drop an insider bombshell into the public discussion following Putin’s presser with the war correspondents.
Luka revealed that secret negotiations were being held between Moscow and Kiev to appease the Kremlin’s esteemed Western partners.
Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed with Ukraine the possibility of renting Crimea and Donbass.
The leader of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, spoke about this in an interview with the Rossiya 1 TV channel. According to him, Putin discussed this issue with the Ukrainian side after the start of a special military operation (SVO), when a draft treaty on the cessation of hostilities was being considered. Lukashenka noted that Putin showed him the relevant document.
“Putin gives me a document that was initialed by the delegations. It's normal, even in the Crimea - there is some kind of long-term lease, in the Donbass, in the east. <…> A normal agreement,” the leader of Belarus added.
Lukashenka clarified that negotiations on the lease of Crimea and Donbas were conducted after the start of the SMO, last spring, when the Foreign Ministries of Russia and Ukraine met in Istanbul.
Yesterday, Putin, at a meeting with war correspondents, said that the peace agreement between Moscow and Kyiv, proposed after the start of the special operation, "was not bad." The head of state said that Russia and Ukraine even initialed it, but the Kiev authorities "just threw it away later, that's all." At the same time, Putin did not disclose the contents of the document.
And this led Peskov to deny Lukashenko’s allegations of, well, treachery:
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov responded to a statement by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko that Russia and Ukraine were discussing "the lease of Crimea and Donbass."
His words on Wednesday, June 14, are quoted by the TASS agency. Peskov stressed that Crimea is an integral part of the Russian Federation. The Kremlin spokesman also said that neither Russian President Vladimir Putin nor representatives of our country discussed the possibility of “leasing the peninsula” with the Ukrainian regime.
“No, it's not. Crimea is an integral part of the Russian Federation, it is a Russian region,” Peskov added.
Earlier, Lukashenko said that Putin showed him the draft Istanbul agreements of 2022 between Moscow and Kiev, and there, according to him, allegedly contained a clause on the “lease of Crimea and Donbass.”
Who to believe?
Well, if you are a true Slavland Stalker, the choice is obvious:
Lukashenko has routinely taken measures that get the Rolo official stamp of approval.
Standing alone against the entire world, Lukashenko refused to take WEF bribes and shut Belarus down during COVID. He faced down a color revolution and didn’t buckle or flee. He launches waves of walking bioweapons at the Polish border to help culturally enrich Yurope as they themselves requested. Belarussian media also does not ban discussion of the disastrous manner in which Shoigu and friends wage this Not-War. Lukashenko has also recently re-equipped his country with nukes.
But the real nukes are the truth bombs that he lets loose from time to time.
If we take a look at the transcript we find that Putin did indeed talk about this strange deal and intense talks between Kiev and Moscow in Istanbul.
Putin said that Russia retreated from Kiev after negotiations with Kiev as a gesture of goodwill to Kiev and, presumably, the Kremlin’s esteemed Western partners. He also said that a document was signed by both sides, or “initialed” to be precise. But there were no details revealed at the presses on what was contained in this agreement and why Kiev ended up rejecting it as soon as Russia’s troops left Kiev.
Putin should share his version of the story if Luka is not to be listened to, no?
Just so you understand, there is actually a context to this. Minsk I and II were rightly seen as a knife in the back to the Novorussian cause by the Kremlin. And Russia’s patriotic community has been warning about a knife-in-the-back secret surrender being worked out by the Kremlin higher-ups for a year now. This dogovornyak monster is a phantom that stalks the Slavlands, ready to strike at any moment.
Memes aside, it is a normal question to ask is it not? What was contained in the agreement???
Naturally, the patriotic community believes Luka. Here’s Strelkov:
According to Lukashenka, in March last year in Istanbul, the Russian delegation committed treason, not only calling into question the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation, but also directly encroaching on it. And for some reason, I fully believe Lukashenka in this matter.
And some more Strelkov:
Alyaksandr Rygorych Lukashenka either decided to "sit in the pocket" of his dear Moscow friend in response to some demand leading to a reduction in "Belarusian independence", or simply once again showed a level of ingenuity that is characteristic of him - it does not matter.
The fact is that he, in fact, revealed the fact of attempted treason (https://www.rbc.ru/rbcfreenews/6466018c9a7947f8cd202844) by top officials of the Russian Federation, committed with the knowledge of the President of the Russian Federation.
That is, Crimea and Sevastopol, officially reunited with Russia, were supposed - according to a previously agreed project - to LOSE THE STATUS OF SUBJECTS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION and become an "object of interstate negotiations" for a period of 15 years (apparently, Vladimir Vladimirovich intends to move away from supreme power in 2037, and after him - "the flood").
In any modern state that claims to at least comply with at least some kind of legislative status, such a message would lead to the effect of an "atomic bomb explosion." Imagine, for example, France, which learned that Monsieur Macron was conducting secret negotiations with the Germans, as a result of which Alsace-Lorraine would become the object of "interstate negotiations on ownership." I think it would take Macron a day to move from the presidential palace to the nearest prison.
At the same time, if Louis the 14th had decided at the end of the 17th - beginning of the 18th century that Provence was not worth further war with the Holy Roman Empire - no one would have objected to him even half a word ...
In this regard, the question arises: is Vladimir Vladimirovich anointed (with a secret anointing) for the Kingdom, or is he not? If he is anointed, there are no questions: everything is “according to the concepts” of an absolute monarchy, in which the head of state is its supreme owner and is not obliged to report to anyone for concessions, gifts, rent, etc. his territory.
If, after all, Vladimir Vladimirovich has not yet been anointed and is in the status of president of the (purely formally) republican status of the Russian Federation, then he should angrily reject the slander of [Lukashenko] and clearly say: "There was nothing like that! Slander!"
But I am practically sure that Vladimir Vladimirovich will modestly keep silent.
In the most extreme case, he will ask you to behave with understanding, because depriving Crimea of the status of a subject of the Russian Federation completely or only for 15 years is a special case...
Actually, the situation is far more complicated than Strelkov or others have thus far been able to articulate. If this revelation by Lukashenko is true, then it actually reveals more than we might realize at first glance.
To understand what may or may not have been in the document we need to go back to March and April of that fateful year. What was the situation like in that period?
Consider the very fact that Kiev was even negotiating at all, and that the Russian army was parked outside the city doors at the time. What happened next? Or rather, what didn’t happen? After milling around for weeks, the Russian army just packed up and left, didn’t they? Leaving behind lots of equipment to arm up Kiev as well, naturally.
No one can explain why they up and left.
The standard explanation that was given for an entire year, was that this was a genius feint. But Putin’s very own words sink this 5D theory; he says that it was a goodwill gesture that Russia decided on after an agreement was drawn up.
What could have been in that agreement to justify Russia pulling out? Why did Putin believe that this agreement could be believed? Why does the Kremlin keep allowing itself to be “tricked”?
It seems to me that the treachery was threefold. Firstly, Moscow threw away a knock-out blow by retreating the army when there was no need to do so. Secondly, the terms of the agreement were treacherous, but Kiev thankfully threw them out. Thirdly, the Kremlin was probably perceived of as being in the position of strength during these talks (army at the door, remember) and yet, if Luka is right, they willingly agreed to loser’s terms before pulling out.
The subsequent campaign was to be limited in scope and meant to put a chunk of Novorossia under the control of Moscow. Even then though, I’d wager that negotiations with Kiev and the West were still on the table. I mean that is what Putin says, that Moscow was always trying to negotiate and we know that talks occurred in the summer didn’t they? It was Kiev’s continue resistance that finally led to the annexations. Every step of the way, Moscow tried its best to sell out, but kept getting rebuked, thankfully. Naturally, the Kremlins portray this as reasonableness and proof of how Liberal they are - Putin started his presser by whining about how far over the Kremlin bent for the West over the years, only to be rejected again and again like a fat bar girl after the closing bell - as compared to the West, who they are still trying to impress and suck up to, it looks like.
If even one honest war correspondent was allowed to ask a question at the presser, it would probably go something like: “uh, excuse me, did you just say what I think you just said???”
On the one hand, the Kremlin claims that they are Christ’s greatest soldiers fighting Satan and then in the very next breath they whine that the West refuses to allow them to play with them and be friends.
But who is going to point this out?
Western media portrays Putin and his friends and all Russians, frankly, as Nazis. The Russian state media portrays them as bleeding heart humanitarians trying to feed Africa, make up with the West (Satanist, evil) and be reconciled with Ukraine 2.0 (our dear socialist friends from the good old days). Only Russia’s patriots will point out the obvious: that the Kremlin routinely sells out to the West and admits that they want to be part of the Western elite!

News from a parallel universe:
The Kremlin considers the demilitarization of Ukraine "largely accomplished"
It does appear that at least some in Russia are desperately looking for a way out.
At the moment it doesn't appear the West is going to let them off the hook, at least without heavy reparations it would seem.
Is Lukashencko speaking on behalf of someone, and if so who? Or does he just hold the people running Russia in total contempt? If what he is saying is true and it likely is than the Kremlin started the SMO to actually knife Donbass in the back even harder, unannex Crimea and than assume that since Medvedchuk was president of Ukraine that all would work out fine in the end. Its so stupid, so slimy, so cynical that its just makes sense given what we have learned about the way Russia actually works in the last year and a half. Just like 2014/2015 Moscow literally doesn't want their own troops to win too hard, and they have been accused of making sure they dont from people that actively hate eachother like Prigozhin and Strelkov. History rhyming and repeating as farce and all that.
Well I unironically salute and say glory to the actual Russian troops and mercs at the front who have actually managed to keep the whole SMO from just imploding. What Army has ever been knifed this hard in the back? The dirtiest street whores get treated with more dignity by their pimps than Russia treats its own citizens if we are speaking of Donbass and Crimea. You could add Belgorod to that list as well now.
Rolo have you been keeping up with Z telegram drama? Apparently Rybar is an admin or somehow associated with a pro Ukrainian telegram channel lol.

Also one of greyzones admins is probably a member of the Russian volunteer corps that are on Kievs side and sending DRGs into Belgorod.

Z telegram about as swampy as the Kremlin itself. Its appropriate I guess.
