Finally! Secret Putin Occupation Government Policy Paper REVEALED!!

Now we know what the shadow-patriots have been up to!

I’ve been participating in Twitter Spaces recently, which is basically a kind of live debate format where a moderator invites listeners and speakers into a chat room in which they can interact. In one space, I was speaking with some fellow FSUers about the nature of the Putin Occupation Government (POG or “poggers”, as the kids like to say).

Fun fact: when children on the internet talk about “poggers” they are speaking in code and actually referring to the Putin Occupation Government (pog).

Jokes aside, these fellow FSU conspiracy theorists brought up an interesting point that I hadn’t heard before. And you can listen to the talk here.

So, it turns out that Washington and London came up with a plan at least as far back as 1948 for the dismemberment and neutralization of the USSR, and Russia in particular. They even wrote up a policy paper with their key recommendations for what an occupied Slavlands would look like, which is freely accessible to the public now. Here it is:

NSC 20/1 — August 18, 1948

Astute observers will immediately notice that these four points are the exact policy that was imposed on Russia by first Gorbachev, then Yeltsin and now by Putin.

Let us go down the list point by point in detail.

(1) I have written for two years now that the main domestic policy aim of the Kremlin was to destroy the military as an institution capable of exerting influence in politics within Russia. In its place, a coalition of the spooks + crooks came to rule through the use of assassinations, terror, media manipulation and bribery.

This should sound familiar because the same system is in place in America and Western Europe.

The results of the last two years of the SMO should be proof enough of the fact that Putin has successfully strip-mined the army under several defense ministers and weakened it so much that it is now almost inferior to the UAF. If the USSR once had the world’s largest and strongest military, Russia now has a military that cannot defeat Ukraine, let alone pose any threat to NATO.

The deputy head of the State Duma committee on the development of civil society, issues of public and religious associations, Colonel General Vladimir Shamanov said that the Russian army now looks more like a « partisan outfit ».

« [The soldiers] dress themselves on their own money, at the expense of relatives, because the quality of the uniforms that are brought and issued, [is bad] », – he said.

General Vladimir Shamanov in 2009 – 2016 was the commander of the Airborne Forces. Since 2016, he has been a deputy of the State Duma, in the last convocation he served as head of the Duma defense committee.

He gave a speech denouncing the MoD essentially. Because who else if not them (Shoigu) is in charge of provisioning the men?

In fact, if it weren’t for Wagner’s intervention in the disastrous SMO to buy the MoD time, I feel confident in declaring that the whole front held by the “professional” forces would have collapsed.

And I am not alone in my conclusions.

Furthermore, Putin continues to stubbornly refuse to announce a real mobilization of either Russian industry or of fighting men.

Some say that this is because of simply economic constraints caused by Putin’s goons looting the economy so thoroughly over the decades that such mobilization would simply be impossible now given the conditions.

However, the existence of this document indicates to me that the real constraint is the “red line” imposed on the Kremlin by the West.

In other words, Russia lives under an unofficial Treaty of Versailles equivalent and the Weimar Period for Russia has continued to stretch on for 30 years now because no military-populist has been able to escape the clutches of the oligarchs and the spooks long enough to take power and embark on a policy of nationalism instead.

(2) Putin and his oligarchs openly brag about how they destroyed the USSR’s autarky and hooked Russia’s markets up to foreign capital and products and services. This point is simply not debatable, in fact it is taken as proof of how successful the “reforms” were.

For centuries now, Britain and then the US pursued a policy of imposed anti-autarky globalism and of fostering economic interdependence between countries using their international sea-based trade networks. They gave this policy an ideological veneer by coming up with an entire voodoo religion called Economics™ to justify these policies. But the power-maximizing, self-serving rationale of enforcing anti-autarkic world trade policy with essentially gun-boat diplomacy and sea power is evident to everyone except the most deluded Liberals and Libertarians concentrated in the Anglosphere.

The Russian Empire and then the USSR used to be the world’s largest land-based island that wasn’t dependent on this network of trade routes and international trade arbitrated by Washington and New York and London.

Now?

You can’t even propose such a policy anymore. Russia is a “normal” country now, as Putin likes to say. By that he means that Russia is a colony now, just like Brazil and that this is a good thing, apparently. The moral thing even, I’m sure.

Also, the recent tell-all book that we have been reading together about the SMO also disproves the notion that Puin and his jackals ever took any measures to achieve anything resembling “import substitution” or to renew a domestic industry.

I’m not going to repeat all the arguments and proofs that the author presents again.

(3) Said another way: “multinationalism”.

The “Russian” government goes out of its way to subdue nativist sentiment even though Russia is more Russian than Israel is Jewish.

Funny enough, all anti-Russian movements in modern history from the Polish Commonwealth to Napoleon and everyone else since have adopted more or less the same platform in regards to catering to and supporting non-Russian hostile elements in Russian Imperial territories. Even the German SS, which hired a Bolshevik sadist called Vlasov and his criminal goons to run their Russian auxiliaries, adopted the same policies of promoting non-Russian minority identity at the expense of the Russian super-majority. This SS policy was, of course, undertaken with the aim of dismembering and deconstructing the Russian state. It is a fact of history that the German military and spook higher-ups were very supportive of pretty much every single ethnicity, like the Crimean Tatars, the Chechens and others, so long as they could be whipped up against the Russian people.

Also, the White movement in Russia which overthrew the Tsar and plunged the country into chaos and anarchy promoted the exact same policy of privileging non-Russian ethnicities. The Whites and then the Reds were both funded by many anti-Russian actors like the German government, New York bankers, the Japanese government other criminal groups from all over the world working together with this common goal in mind. It is a common misconception to think that the Whites were fighting for Orthodoxy and the Tsar and old Russia. And all of these policies to dismember and weaken Russia by empowering non-Russians at the expense of Russians were justified with appeals to the hypocritical, self-serving Wilsonian democratic-nationalism ideology, which was in vogue at the time.

Nowadays, the privileged status of non-Russians ethnic mafias are zealously protected by the secret police, who are always on the hunt for nationalists and Hate-Speakers to assassinate or throw into prison (and then assassinate).

(4) Finally, the lack of any kind of “iron curtain” information or media policy is the most baffling policy of the Russian government for ZAnoners to try and explain away.

Recently, the Russian government internet-media surveillance and censorship bureau (Roskomnadzor) shut down the free speech platform Rumble. Many dissidents in the West stream or upload videos to Rumble because all of the mainstream options have been sanitized and censored by the big tech companies working at the behest of the secret police. And yet, despite the fact that most Western tech platforms and media companies are vehemently anti-Russian and censor any pro-Russian content, the Russian government does not shut them down. Instead, they shut down free speech alternatives, and even Russian social media platforms used to censor any patriotic pro-Russian content coming from within Russia to boot!

Informational full-spectrum narrative dominance is one of the pillars holding up NWO power. It makes sense then that the Kremlin is not allowed to shut down or block NWO propaganda from entering into the country and then into the minds of Russian citizens. To do otherwise would be a violation of the terms of occupation imposed on Russia after the coup against the USSR.

And anyone who points this out is shut down and shut up for good measure as well.

Most of Russia’s media tycoons are Western assets, like Margarita Simonyan and the Kremlin Deep Staters who gave her billions to start RT, despite her having been recruited by the US State Dept. while she was still in high school.

I think that these policy paper proofs might be the missing tool in my persuasion toolkit to get people to wake up and listen.

Another option also just came up.

Someone on Musk’s website sent me a link to a man called Archie Melkonyan and his channel where he discusses the Trump and Putin deception a lot by the looks of it.

I like what he has to say. This is probably because he says almost entirely the same thing as me about Putin and Trump and also points out that the Bible is the biggest problem in getting people to wake up because of the dangerous Chosen supremacist narratives in it.
