"Only after officials in Washington talked to their Russian counterparts did the surface-to-air system get shut down, allowing American aircraft to return and attack."

Well, they did say it's a "war of attrition" so why not seize the moment and do what's only logical eliminate any future opposition. In fact, the SMO sort of "cattle drives" all nationalists and spirited young warriors into the slaughterhouse, ironically the types of young men who like in the US pose a problem for the ruling elite. Maybe, that's why in the US the Navy is recruiting "trans-sailor's." And the Pentagon is all too willing to pay for transgender surgery. Be the best trans you can be as long as you're not a nationalist who's a bit too patriotic and a possible threat to the corrupt status quo.😁

"Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has repeatedly called on Israel to supply his country with weapons, including the Iron Dome air defense system. Israel – which depends on diplomatic relations with Moscow to fly its warplanes in Russian-controlled Syrian airspace – has officially refused, and has only sent defensive gear like helmets and body armor."

"Crossing paths on the oil fields of Syria.

@AFP photographer Delil Souleiman captures Russian and American soldiers exchanging greetings as their patrol routes intersect in an oil field near Syria's al-Qahtaniyah town, close to the border with Turkey"

Empire long ago went global. Its primary actors—the US, the Zionist occupation entity (aka Israel), Russia (to name only those who are relevant here)—are competitors at worst, not enemies, and destroying any genuine resistance to global(ist) empire is a main self-assigned mandate they all dutifully carry out. Given these facts and the examples of cooperation I provided above, it should surprise no one that "[o]nly after officials in Washington talked to their Russian counterparts [in Syria] did the surface-to-air system get shut down, allowing American aircraft to return and attack."

Moreover, when we look in this light at the AFU's near-daily shelling of Donbass that Russia has yet to stop—well, perhaps it's not so difficult for us to figure out what the case likely is.

" Here, both Prigozhin and the feudal lords are correct: they do indeed hate Russia and Russians and Prigozhin does indeed have political ambitions. And the people who stand behind him certainly do as well. "

Here Prigozhin is playing the " good cop " as he and the feudal lords all come from the same Happy Merchant dance troupe. If Prigozhin gets political power he'll just be another of the troupe in control. Pure cohencidence I'm sure.

that was clearly an unauthorized Wagner offensive in Syria. there was clearly an agreement between the US and Russia not to attack their positions. But how did the MOD "shut down" the S-300? Did they turn it off remotely, or tell Wagner not to use it?

I thought this obvious psyop operation was so far over the top that no one would fall for it.

I guess I overestimated a lot of assholes.

Imagine if Yeltsin had the same oil prices during his reign, and the same longivity as Putin. Who would you think would be less worse?

We know Yeltsin was a man of action, just look at 1991 and 1993.

At least Yeltsin's "Ukraine policy" was much less worse than Putin's, as he got Ukraine "disarmed" of nuclear weapons without a shot or SMO...

Why does Putin allow Israel to take any military action it wants is Syria? Russia supports Assad, Israel bombs Assad , Russia says , thank you?

Last part of the high-rise quarter in western Bakhmut, the "Domino" sector, was taken today

Look at the map https://s2.cdnstatic.space/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/18may2023_Ukraine_Bakhmut_Map.jpg

Depending of where you decide to draw borders between Bakhmut and its outskirts, if Wagner keeps pushing they can have it all-clear in a couple of days.

The DC neocons - on May 17 - continue to speak in more measured language; nothing like "total failure" - and they have Prigozhin as well speaking more soberly: "Wagner Group financier Yevgeny Prigozhin denied the MoD’s claim of territorial gains, however, and criticized the MoD for falsely portraying a retreat as capturing new positions."

The lovely Kateryna Stepanenko - who seems to be something like Rolo's counterpart in DC monitoring the Russian "information space" and milbloggers, etc reports that "One prominent milblogger complained that Russian forces must now react to Ukrainian actions, implying that Russian forces are losing the initiative "

Finally - this has not otherwise been reported: "The Kremlin reportedly accused three hypersonic missile scientists of treason" (Can't the Pentagon just call the MOD and have them send over the specifications?)

Hey, I'm just trying to help. The problem with your approach is that, at some point, you may get labeled as 5D-er-Light, i.e. trying to sit on two chairs so to speak, which will be close to impossible to recover from. As you know, it takes years to build reputation and just one moment to lose it.

Think about it. You are not Prigozhin, i.e. Putin's banker is not getting you gigs.

P.S. Either way, when the time comes, Russian Tsar will grant you entry visa.

"Prigozhin never critiques Putin because that would be a very bad idea."

IMO no one critiques Putin because his reign in reality is already in the Past and he really doesn't matter anymore in power politics. That's why he is MIA, he is by now just a decorative figure... All this fight is about his succession, I really doubt Putin continues post 2024. It's obvious that Medvedev is being groomed to be his successor, unless...

The Emperor has no clothes.

Rolo by now I'm going full Adunai about Putin, and I declare to you Putin is the worst leader of Russia ever. Maybe and only maybe (I doubt) he is slightly better than Gorby.

I defy anyone to contradict this.

I'm also a paid CIA stooge I don't care...
