This happened regularly. Perhaps there is a deal, as in Kherson, that allows encircled Ukrainian soldiers to escape unmolested?

This is the factory where 36 warheads of the Oreshnik missile hit two months ago. The factory is said to have been pulverised in the missile attack. Presumably this factory is as invulnerable as some power stations that have been destroyed what feels like 10 times already.
