This would present Martyanov with a serious conondrum. His go to method for dismissing the opinions of people that disagree with him is an appeal to authority along the lines of "so and so doesn't have a doctorate in math or physics etc etc" so their opinion is worthless. But when the chair of physics says the Russian university system is pizdetz than what? I suppose this would make the physics chair sounding the alarm the real SJWNAFOMI6CNNCIA mole and pedo face Mikhail Lobanov the real Patriot who's just participating in Russias TRVE good democracy promoting LGBTQ Rabbinic law and Oligarchic tyranny as opposed to bad Western Democracy which is all about LGBTQ, Oligarchic tyranny and Rabbanic law.
This Physics chair professor is spreading a trope that the Russian university system is in about as bad a shape as the Western and that canard is so toxic that it's a border line herring.
