If you'd like to help and haven't picked up a paid sub already (shame on you), feel free to help out by sharing the link back to Slavland Chronicles in the comments under the recent Unz post. He never links my blog so I get almost no traffic from the reposts.

Did that - "Here's a link back to the original article - and there's a bunch of other articles on that site that people should check out - https://slavlandchronicles.substack.com/p/storm-z-the-untold-story-of-the-kremlins - Occidental Observer didn't provide a credit, either..."

Thank you, good doctor. Maybe we can put him in the calendar of saints or something.

I guess this proves that the moral, 5d, Christian soldiers of Putin have no qualms about killing surrendering troops also. The MoonofAlabama crowd couldn't handle the cognitive dissonance reading this would cause.

Congratulations on getting published by Unz and Occidental Observer, RS.

This depiction of actual combat might not meet the approval of Operational Artist Martyanov!

Dear lord this is horrible. Who in their right mind can actually romanticize war? Pussy ass motherfuckers who've never had to endure its miseries and humiliations, I would guess.

"This . . . is to be neither an accusation nor a confession, and least of all an adventure, for death is not an adventure to those who stand face to face with it. It will try simply to tell of a generation of men who, even though they may have escaped (its) shells, were destroyed by the war."~Erich Maria Remarque, 1929

The ones I lived in in the village in Ukraine are a mix of mud brick and wood.

Thank you very much for providing these insights. Really feels like the intense scenes pictured in the movie about Tarkov, when you visualize the events while reading.

Is the 'first floor' the 'ground floor' here, or the first raised floor?

Expand full comment

You asking about how the Ukrainians were shooting at the guys trying to evacuate from the second floor while Russian were on the first? If that's what you are refering than the house is just referred to as a 2 story house. So I take it as the 1st floor is the ground floor.

Thanks. It seems that the Russians count 'floors' like the Americans rather than like the British.
