Excellent insight into the "happy endings" paradigm. I am sick about Strelkov and you'd have to be blind and/or daft not to see that what you are showing about Russia being taken hostage is the truth. But then... we live among the blind and daft. Have you seen Kamilkazani’s article on Yeltsin? It’s paywalled, but he says at the start that Putin had it easy because of high oil prices, while Yeltsin was a real tough leader in spite of his current reputation as a sad clown.
Rurik I actually have heard a different story. I have heard that Yeltsin turned to Putin and asked him to protect Russia. The people I have heard this from alao claim the reason Yeltsin turned to Putin is that Putin was not an Oligarch and not in the KGB. I cannot believe any of that statement. The facts you being up and are easily verified disprove these statements all the time. I am left to scratch my head at the whole thing. Anyway keep up the work. Truth that can be verified through observation is very effective. I appreciate your work very much and I am not Russia but I had two very good friends who were one died at 96 and the other at 98 and they spoke a a great deal about things you point out.

No but I’ve heard that talking point for years. It’s standard opposition fair. That Yeltsin was good and Putin is bad.
