For those that are interested, Thierry Malleret, the long-time second-in-charge at the World Economic Forum has an illuminating career that Rolo got wrong because he does not know enough about France and Europe. Here comes the light.

(4) Record influx of immigrants and shift from European origin to African origin in spite of the collapse of communist countries. I'm thinking (and this is not original with me of course) there are two roots to the collapse of our civilization: 1) the genetic (especially IQ) deterioration of our population; and 2) the ossification and sheer mass of bureaucratic inertia. The longer a civilization remains viable, the greater the mass of bureaucrats, who know how to game the system to increase their resources. This results in the phenomenon you described: all activity is directed towards holding power and stealing resources, rather than producing anything.
The system ultimately collapses because due to the genetic deterioration, which affects the elite as well as the masses, they increasingly throw their own children under the bus. Logic will tell you that importing millions of unskilled, hostile, totally-alien, often psychopathic immigrants into western countries will prove fatal to the whole system of organization and power that the elites play so well.
