In the short video here at the beginning the commander of Rusich demonstrates pure Chadness by openly talking about trying to collect data for strikes against military infastructure in the Baltics. But after that Sladkov is "cant evening" about Rusich being open nationalist. The commander points out that its the nationalist that will always reliably fight for their own side. Sladkov is than like "but what about the Muslims and jews" and the commander says what about them and that he is just interested in doing whats best for Russians. Than Sladkov is like "but wut about Azov" and the commander says they are just traitors and if you get rid of their anti Russian hysteria that there is nothing to Azovs Ideology. That is the commander doesnt disavow Azov on muh nazi grounds but on the grounds that they are just tools for people that want to destroy Russia and that's all that relevant.
Than the commander goes on to explain why Ukraine needs to be subject to de-Ukrainiazation and that its better to not take prisoners because the dead cant shoot you in the back and they wont have more kids who will take up arms against you.
