Rurik, I subscribed to your enlightening Chronicles for a few main reasons:

1. In the 90's I exported to and imported from Russia with Brighton Beach Tribesman (real pillars of humanity I can tell you) and I learned a lot of what had gone on in Russia and was going on.

2. I grew up in NY area seaport city and knew many Polish and Lithuanians as well as some Russians (non-Tribal), Ukrainians and Hungarians and I was intrigued by them and their struggles and in many cases their Toughness and Courageousness.

3. As I was always interested in Anthropology, History, Religions, Spirituality and eventually True Gnosticism and I always wanted to learn more about the Slavic people as much about them is veiled in the west.

A. Your perspective on what is really going on opened up a whole new level to my understanding.

B. Your Exposing the Tribe and how they control much of Russia fit in with my knowledge and experience.

C. Your quest for Truth in Religions, Spirituallity-True Gnosticism, Aliens etc was similar to mine the past 40 years.

i. I always felt, and still do, that Putin was truly trying to work with the West and he was very involved with the Tribe. Also that with Russia's back to the wall he eventually sucked the West into a no-win situation in the Ukraine. The West was exposed to how inept it was, how split it is and their resources were drained by Zio-Zelensky to ridicoulusness. Seems to me it was brilliant Chess on his part. I always thought he could have done Shock and Awe and taken over the Ukraine but his plan was better. If I was Putin I think I would have attacked in 2014. Nothing against the good Ukrainian people.

ii. Maybe you are right.

Thank you for your Exposure, Courage and Intelligence!

Some Western writers are beginning to notice that all is not happy in Russia and even some of the soldiers no longer trust the plan.

Via a Sceptic :https://askeptic.substack.com/p/war-reports-2024-01-17?utm_source=post-email-title&publication_id=831165&post_id=140740217&utm_campaign=email-post-title&isFreemail=true&r=1meuaq&utm_medium=email

'I agree with the opinion of Russian military expert Alexander Zimovsky - it’s time to shoot someone.

Zimovsky: “Putin, shoot someone already.

The incident with Russian air defenses shooting down their own A50/IL-22 once again shows that 98% of Russian defeats in this war are due to the brazen impunity of their superiors.

The public, especially the near-war blog community, is not blind, it has established connections with the front and with headquarters, and even with specific dugouts/dugouts, both horizontal and vertical.

That is, the speed of information passing from the trench to the hypothetical king has increased incredibly.

It is logical that now the thesis “the king is good - the boyars are bad” has now been replaced by the thesis “our team is good, but the people are crap.”

And here the eternal Khludov question arises: “Who will hang, Your Excellency? Who will hang?!”

Of course, there will always be loyalists who will shout: “this is war, they say, and in war, they say, there are losses.”

So you give up Crimea, businesslike:

- there was a war, well, such a loss turned out... It happens...

For these “loyalists” in the SMO of the Russian Federation on U, the main thing is not victory, but participation.

And preferably under a neutral flag, right?!

This means that warships in ports will again explode, A-50/IL-22 will burn in the air, and tanks/infantry fighting vehicles will burn and burn; and they will still burn in the same place, on the same nickel near an unfamiliar village at a nameless height, as they arrive.

Because there will always be a red commander who will ensure this supply uninterruptedly. Moreover, at least on the scale of the company, at least on the scale of the entire front. And nothing will happen to them for this.

And all military correspondents and military bloggers know this. That is why they end up on all sorts of “black lists”. Because they don’t allow the unpunished to live in peace.

Putin, shoot someone already. People are waiting."

. I think it was yourself took pains to point out that Putin is not a dictator but is constrained by being part of a group and must accommodate their wishes? If it was you then shouldn't your venom be directed to them rather than exclusively to him?

And if it wasn't you then how about the possibility? Do you refute it?

. I think there's little doubt that 'Russia' (whatever that means when we get it sorted out) didn't 'want' Donbas without having to make a big issue of that 'deal' that was reneged on. But that's not necessarily a bad thing at all. Your assumption is that it is. Well it ain't.

. In this world of smoke and mirrors which you're very good at identifying what does it mean : 'I was fooled' ? You mock it because it indicates Putin is a fool. Is your meaning. But at the same time it is clearly about the only thing Putin can say. It is 'good press'. It is the right stance to take. It means the West tricked and lied. And still does. That's how it goes down amongst us the sheeple.

. You possibly take issue with it because you're talking to Russians - though in an English language blog - for you say '.... does he think it motivates....' etc. But Putin's problem is not with Russia. It is with the West. He - almost single handedly - is fighting the whole of the West. You should think on that.

. 'A giant fucking idiot..' is pure idiocy of itself. Shame on you.

. Your great contention and what brings many of us to read your stuff apart from your catchy literary style is that the Russian system is rotten. Be it political or military or economic, whatever. Well fine. Tell us more. Paragraphs of mocking abuse of Putin are merely that. They are not evidence or data of this corruption.

. Monitoring the progress of this corruption would seem to be indicated but not evidenced.

. Identifying, attracting like minded persons would seem to be very much indicated. Such contentions are the stuff of revolutions aren't they? 'The system is rotten ! Down with the system !' Breeds new political parties and pressure groups, literary output from dissident intellectuals etc. etc.. Some information from those directions ?

. How about an overview? Consider that heap of tripe the USA. What is best for the USA right now? Biden or Trump? I think unarguably Trump. Is Trump good? I think unarguably no. Has he performed well before, like has he a good track record, he's done it before ? Nope. He performed miserably.

But: without doubt USA needs Trump not Biden. Circumstances. Available options. See? Apply that thinking to Russia and see where you get and let us know.

Rurik, I've tried to link your work to Unz a couple of times, but there's some "catch" that you have to be a "regular contributor", some such. Understandable, I guess. I have seen you on there at least once, awhile back. I read a lot of things regarding this Un-War/Inter-Slavic *Tribes'* Harvest...Yes, idiots like Martyanov, Ritter, Duran Duran, et al. are just cashing in: Blud Geld, in my opinion. But, hey, raking in the goys' shekels based on the ever-reliable Collective Cognitive Dissonance of the Murkin and Vassals' relentless Hopium addiction is a great business model, so run with it while you can, right? When things get "settled", so to speak, then I guess they can join the Museum of Ignomninity and buy a nice ranch in Montana or somewhere far away from the folks they tricked with all them coins they raked in. What a DEEEAL!

*However* : what I have believed, and still do, from even before this all started, was the Anglo Empire is really all about totally wrecking Europe- AGAIN(!)...For a third time!! And the "China is about to SEIZE Taiwan!!" part of the script, while we're at it. (which is ridiculous on it's face). Indeed, I do think that the West is going to try to pitch Russia against China somehow in a "let's you and him fight!-I'll hold yer coats!" (and rifle the pockets) situation. If I were a big-shot in strategic planning, it would seem perfectly logical to me.

The Slavic Civil War is a horrific testing of the actual combat power and tactics of thr RF and NAFO, IRL. And I do not believe that the Ukies are "down for the count", not by a long shot. They're simply throwing away the "Grey Beards", while the young guys are being readied, especially the "refugees" ('cept the tribal ones, of course) who are training up in the West. They'll be there with better weapons systems, etc., and bring The Shogun to the peace table in no short order. I'm grateful to get the side of what's REALLY happening in The Slavlands, Lad, that's what I pay you for :-) keep up the Great Work!

I'll say. Look what they're feeding the peasants at Unz:

"Putin says Russia won't give up gains"

In his next post, AA says "you can't link to the DS anywhere" and then gives the link at the end of his post. That's literally the length of time he or his readers can hold a thought. No wonder everything seems like 5D chess to them.

Anglin is a populist so he says whats popular and that's his whole model and I dont begrudge him that.

The other writers who dont put out like 5 articles a day and who claim to really know their stuff - what is their excuse?

Martyanov's excuse was that if it wasn't announced by the Russian Ministry of Defence it couldn't have happened and wasn't worth mentioning! I guess he won't be hanged.

It's amusing to see this incident bear out the truth of the observation by the young Singaporean who runs Defence Politics Asia. He noticed that whilst the Ukrainians lie by Commission - almost everything they say is a lie; the Russians lie by Omission - what they say is reasonably reliable - but they hate to admit bad news.

Losing a badly maintained old flagship may be considered careless. Losing one of 9 very important planes with an irreplaceable crew is ...alarming.

May we soon expect to hear that the bearers of bad tidings have been fired or shot?
