The fact that Strelkov and Prigozhin are saying essentially the same things confirms Rolo's point that he has been making since mid-summer iirc. Once the quick strike strategy failed, the oligarchs won't let the Mod fight a war (I'm sure they have all of the dirt on Shoigu and his cronies to control things). The goal now is to get agreeable terms from the West and keep their rice bowls.
But the "quick strategy" failed because of Shoigu's MOD! It was the army that came unprepared, without guided munitions and UAVs, and with a stupid sabotage of a plan with insufficient forces. There is no good side here.
