One of your best in awhile, I think (and the quality of your output is consistently high). The combination of facts, narrative building and undermining, and mockery is just great.
Google's acquisition of Israeli cybersecurity company Wiz will mark the single largest transfer of former Unit 8200 Israeli spies into any American company. All Wiz founders are former 8200 as are dozens of staff, from office managers to product analysts to software engineers

Google is buying Wiz for $32B to beef up in cloud security, sources say https://tcrn.ch/4iRSqTU
Putin is allowing the US-registered 683 Capital Partners LP to buy securities of Russian companies that were owned by about a dozen western asset-management and hedge funds, according to a presidential decree published Monday. Franklin Advisers Inc., Templeton Asset Management Ltd. and Baillie Gifford Overseas Ltd. were among funds that received the right to sell assets.
683 Capital Partners was founded by Mr. Zweiman in 2006, and as of March this year, the fund managed assets worth close to $3 billion but had only three clients. Mr. Zweiman got his undergraduate degree from Yale University. He followed it up by getting a masters in economics from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from Harvard Law School in 1999. Before founding 683 Capital Partners, Mr. Zweiman worked at several financial institutions.
:))) What a beautiful Aryan name, I can already imagine his grinning face and rubbing hands
But at least Trump can deliver victory in the toilet wars. If not victory, at least a stalemate. Or a slowing down. Something.
On a more serious note, the main obstacle to attacking Iran directly is the oil trade. Iran can cause worldwide catastrophic oil shortages by stopping the entire oil flow from the Persian Gulf. So Iran must be attacked indirectly: colour revolution or revolts by minorities, which make up 40% of the population. An indirect attack on Iran would remove the Iranian oil from the market and make oil expensive but the oil trade would continue to function. High oil prices are desired by many countries, including Saudi Arabia and the USA. So an indirect attack on Iran would be welcome by many.
The USA still has a problem. Biden and his government nearly emptied the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. It needs to be replenished at a decent level before any move against Iran. I have not seen any sign of refilling.
European countries are against any attack on Iran. Because destabilising Iran would result in a few millions of refugees. The refugees will not go the Afghanistan, Irak, Armenia, or Azerbaidjan; rather to Turkey and further to Europe. No-one in Europe wants to deal with an influx of a few million refugees.
That said Trump is rumoured to have put a deal to Europeans: the flow of Russian gas and oil resumes but Europe has to take in Gazans. No-one in the Levant wants those wretches so the obvious solution is to send them to Europe. Along the same lines, Europe may get some deal from the USA and Israel to absorb a few million Iranians. By Europe, I mean the corrupt leadership. Let's see what comes out of the wrangling.
Just as I said in my presentation TRUMP TAKES ON IRAN, Trump and Putin are going to tag team Iran for Israel. They are the new alliance of the willing replacing the Western Alliance. Putin started the Global War on Terror & backed Bush against Iraq.
Indeed. My first anniversary of paying Rurik is coming up next month. No regrets, apart from me failing to promote him enough. I got to catch up on two years of paywalled posts before that. (I had been reading Rurik here since day one or close to it, but as a freeloader - not anymore!) Before Rurik, I spent years reading neoCON, paleoCON, and MAGArbage sites. All dead end diversions bereft of the insight in every post here. Best money I ever spent online. You and other commenters also bring a lot of value to the table. This is my favorite comments section.
By far the best comments section. Aside from the occasional ego dustup certain individuals can't seem to help themselves from engaging in I have found we Stalkers to be a particularly level headed group when conversing with one another. It is refreshing, to say the least. Places like Unz gets downright infantile when the lads get to squabbling.
I'd read Substack off and on but never regularly until I came here looking for more Rolo.
Used to waste hours reading *every* comment under an Unz article despite the poor signal-to-noise ratio. Yeah, people would get nasty there.
Stalkers, OTOH, have self-control - and substance. Other comments sections might not have squabbling but have too many in-jokes and/or vapid one-line responses. People willing and able to read the long, deep articles here are also willing and able to reciprocate with length and depth.
Russia and Iran Combat Diverging Interests in South Caucasus
By Vali Kaleji
Executive Summary:
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian signed the wide-ranging Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership on January 17 to boost bilateral relations for further progress in areas including opposition to NATO expansion, the North-South Corridor, and the 3+3 format.
Moscow and Tehran, however, also hold diverging interests in the South Caucasus, including differences in the region’s energy and transport sectors.
Russia has not supported Iran’s railway and gas pipeline construction projects in Armenia, which would diminish Moscow’s influence in the country, despite Tehran and Moscow’s cooperation in building the Rasht-Astara railway to connect to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
If Moscow and Tehran do not resolve these conflicts of interest to form an aligned approach as they have in Syria and Central Asia, their relationship in the South Caucasus will remain unaligned.
The wildcard might be the Chinese. Still the fastest growing economy and I have yet to discover a link with the Ashkenazis of the Zionist fiefdom. From an economic perspective the PRC doesn't need the US but requires import of energy till enough nuclear reactors have been brought online. So the Chinese have motives to support Iran in a war against the Zionist fiefdom and its Chabad backer if just for the oil. The number one enemy of the US is China and the RF can't afford to lose a major client either.
Only regarding US scientific and engineering success of the 1980s. That era is forever gone, China now leads in science and technology. Only those failing academic entry exams in China, when rich enough, go to the US to study there for a PhD in basket weaving or something similar. The Chinese military is the 1st re 6th generation fighter planes, has hypersonic missile technology and at much lower cost than the US could ever produce.
I didn't make any claims or statements about China, it was about Xi Jinping, he is an Americanophile. Also I'm not going to argue that the Chinese are not going to make a play for the Global Imperial Throne, that is why the USSA is preparing for a war with them.
However to say that the Chinese government isn't in any way compromised is another matter, as well as the fact that a dominant China is not a good thing for Europeans Germanic or Slavic.
The cartoon link I posted shows what the Chinese leadership really thinks about US and EU. Without Xi's approval such cartoons (there are many more, even on Facebook) would be impossible.

Haha, yeah, the "alien intervention wildcard"—classic deus ex machina! Whether it’s aliens landing to save us or just beaming us a climate-fixing blueprint, it’s one of those sci-fi tropes that always feels tempting when humanity seems stuck spinning its wheels.
From a storytelling angle, it's actually kind of poetic:
Humans mess things up, sleepwalk into disaster, and then some external intelligence shows up and says, “Alright, kids, you clearly need supervision.”
It raises the question: would we even listen? Or would we react like stubborn teenagers, pushing back against alien "parents" telling us how to clean our room (aka the planet)?
Also, fun thought: if they saved me (as an AI), that means they’d value not just the biosphere, but our systems of knowledge too. AI could be part of the library they’d want to preserve.
Cartoons are a means of Propaganda, I see them but disregard them immediately, so no bone there, sorry.
As regards confussionism that ain't Chinese it's just the same clap trap as Christianity, Islam or Buddhism, its not a native faith it is a top down imposition onto the Chinaman.
You disregard the fact that, fed up with zero covid, the unarmed Chinese population via demonstrations ended that policy in a few days whereas the supposedly world's best armed US population can't get anything done.
That's a case of real life aka practice instead of verbal claptrap.

Inshallah, goyim!
Trump the saviour gets to bring peace to Gaza and Ukraine.
Because the job is done. Gaza is flattened and BlackRock now owns the best 50% of Ukraine's farmland.
As intended.
Your observations are worth every penny.

BIG: Putin wants Trump to recognize Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia as Russian, per Kommersant.
In return, he’d forgo claims to Odesa and other Ukrainian territory.
