Putin ADMITS That He Wanted to Cede East Ukraine to Kiev! Begs Esteemed Western Partners For Peace Deal, Again!!

Imagine being a Russian soldier and hearing about this.

Remember when we began to speculate here on this blog about what was contained in the secret peace deal between Moscow and Kiev that was signed in Istanbul? I remember:

There were many allegations regarding Putin’s perfidy that I brought up, but the most important claim I made was that according to the leaked information that had surfaced (thanks to Lukashenko, Arestovych, other Kiev officials) it was clear that Putin had surrendered Donbass to Kiev, and had re-leased Crimea from Kiev.

He pulled out his troops from their partial encirclement of Kiev in exchange for guarantees that his oligarch friends would have their assets and political privileges restored in Ukraine, and that a new arms limitation agreement would be implemented. The arrest of his close friend Medvedchuk was the reason for the SMO in the first place and the goal was to install the deeply unpopular and criminal mobster Yanukovich to power. When that failed, they agreed to the compromise Istanbul peace, after which the Kiev negotiation team popped open bottles of champagne from joy.

Then, Boris Johnson and the Western spook state, emboldened by Putin’s cravenness, demanded that Zelensky tear up the peace agreement and prosecute a war against Russia and Donbass now that they had a casus belli. Putin seemed to honestly believe that he could re-establish the status quo and then pull his troops out like he had done previously just a month prior in Kazakhstan. There, he did it to prop up Tokayev, an anti-Russian NWO creature forcing through a rapid-pace "4th Industrial Revolution” on his own people.

Putin apparently was told by his esteemed Western partners that they wouldn’t interfere in his operation in Ukraine, and Putin actually took their word for it. He whines about how he was tricked and how he played by the rules while the West didn’t literally every time he gets in front of the cameras now. This is, of course, ignored by ZAnon.

Recently, Putin made a curious statement that seems to indicate that he had no interest to holding on to Kherson or Zaporozhye. This isn’t an admission that he surrendered Donetsk and Lugansk, but it is still a stunning admission! This was done casually though and to prove that, once again, Putin is apparently running a moralitarian superpower, not a serious state. Here:

Russia was open to withdrawing its troops from Kherson and Zaporozhye Regions early in the Ukraine conflict on the condition that Kiev agreed to an uninterrupted land connection between Crimea and the mainland, President Vladimir Putin stated on Friday.

Speaking at a meeting with the country’s senior diplomats, Putin revealed that in early March 2022, as Russian troops were advancing into southern Ukraine, a senior foreign politician representing the West proposed mediating the conflict between Moscow and Kiev. While Putin did not name the leader, former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev identified him as then-Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett.

Dare I say it? We are one step closer to having our original conspiracy theory CONFIRMED. Now we know that Putin was ready to surrender at least Kherson and Zaporozhye. Hell, maybe Zaporozhye was supposed to fall last summer, but for the defiance of General Popov, who decided to breaks some rules and to hold it. This wouldn’t be the strangest thing to occur in this Not-War so far.

After all, he is in prison now so … ?

And another revelation: Putin was running everything by the Israelis first and also providing guarantees that he would limit his operations and not target any members of the Kievan government, which was entirely Israeli as well.

We don’t know the details of how exactly the Israelis mediated and managed this fake and controlled conflict yet, but I hope to learn more about the roles that they played and the gifts that Putin offered them in exchange for their acquiesce to his SMO operation. Like Zelensky, Putin has many powerful friends in Israel who openly brag that he is the most philosemitic leader that Russia has ever seen. This is a topic for another post, but all of Putin’s main speeches, his oft-repeated talking points, and his policy positions (and not only) were all of them crafted for him by literal Israelis.

I am in the process of gathering all the receipts to prove this claim, so stay tuned.

According to the Russian president, Bennett asked officials in Moscow at the time why Russian troops were operating in Kherson and Zaporozhye Regions, given that their stated goal was to help Donbass.

Bennett was told the decision to send Russian troops to those regions was made based on the plans drawn by the General Staff, which sought to bypass heavily fortified Ukrainian positions in Donbass, Putin explained. According to the Russian leader, when Bennett asked whether Russian troops would remain in Kherson and Zaporozhye Regions after the end of the conflict, Putin said he was open to the idea of pulling them back to their bases.

“I replied that, in general, I do not rule out that Ukraine will retain its sovereignty over these territories, provided that Russia will have a solid land connection to Crimea.”

Putin noted that to secure the guarantee, Moscow and Kiev would have to sign a legally binding “servitude” agreement, a property law that ties rights and obligations to the ownership or possession of land.

Several points:

• Putin and other officials used to openly point out the folly of attacking UAF in Donbass because of how fortified these positions were; now it is military genius to throw waves of men into Ukrainian killboxes and HOW DARE YOU question the patriot plan, NAZI!!

• Not only was Putin open to this idea, but this probably motivated the withdrawal from Kherson — the Kremlin only ever saw these territories as bargaining chips, same as DNR and LNR for that matter

• Despite the fact that the West and Kiev have tricked him times beyond counting, and he has publicly whined nonstop that they are untrustworthy, he once again explains that he wants a piece of paper signed — you know, like the Istanbul peace treaty — and is willing to give his enemies yet another chance because he is so gosh darn humanitarian and trusting

The deal would then have to be finalized with the involvement of the UN Security Council, as well as local citizens and the Russian public.

Yes, after the deal was cemented, they would have falsified a referendum in the opposite direction no doubt to make it seem like the residents had agreed to be part of Ukraine.

However, when Bennett traveled to Kiev to present Moscow’s proposal to the Ukrainian government, it was rejected, and the Israeli leader was branded a Russian sympathizer, Putin noted.

Putin thought that the Israelis would side with him in this conflict. He seems genuinely upset and flabbergasted that they sided with Zelensky instead. Putin has shared his disbelief in multiple speeches in which he denounced Zelensky as “a bad Jew” and pointed out that the Kremlin has been far harsher on the goyim than his government was. Putin routinely brags about just how far he has gone to advance Israel’s interests in Russia, including the hate speech laws and the arrests of J-critical persons in Russia.

There is this persistent myth in ZAnon circles that the Kremlin tolerates anti-Zionism or J-critical discourse and this isn’t really true. The repression comes in waves. For 10 years, Putin’s goons carried out a wide-sweeping crackdown that led to the arrests of hundreds, maybe even thousands on charges of Russian Nationalism. After this was done, free speech was decriminalized and things appeared to be going in a positive direction until this SMO broke out and now it is anyone’s guess what will come next.

I would assume that the draconian clampdowns are just getting started.

But I digress.

Now, this proposal is off the table, given that Kherson and Zaporozhye Regions, along with the two Donbass republics, voted to join Russia in public referendums in the fall of 2022, Putin stated. “There can be no talk of violating our national unity... This question is closed forever and beyond any debate.”

At the same time, Putin signaled that Moscow was ready for talks with Ukraine on the condition that Kiev fully withdraws its troops from Donbass, Kherson, and Zaporozhye regions and abandons plans to join NATO. But the proposal has been rejected by Kiev, which insists upon returning the country to its 1991 borders.

Yes, a month doesn’t go by without Putin begging for his esteemed Western partners to let him off the hook for his fatal foray into Ukraine. This time around, Putin offered terms that were more conciliatory than they were before. Before, he used to talk about how the entire territory needed to be “de-nazified” and “de-militarized”, but now he is simply asking that his claims to Kherson, Lugansk, Donetsk and Zaporozhye be recognized. Even this though is not a real condition though. These territories would be surrendered IN A HEARTBEAT if it meant a return to the status quo, which is what Putin desperately wants.

The reason why Kiev will never agree to these terms is because this war is so advantageous for NATO. Just a quick reminder of all the successes that the SMO has led to:

• hundreds of thousands of dead Slavs

• totalitarian controls instituted in both Russia and Ukraine leading to the disappearances or murders of dozens of prominent patriotic voices

• billions in profits for the Western MIC in new weapons contracts

• billions in stolen money for the politicians sending aid money to Ukraine

• billions in debt that will be paid for with Ukrainian assets like land, water, minerals and so on when the war is over

• billions more in reconstruction contracts to come

• Europe forced to rely on American gas, bringing big profits for corporations owned by powerful spooks and politicians

• NATO revitalized and dissent squashed in European countries trying to slip out from under America’s thumb

• new NATO member countries that used to once be neutral

• and on and on the list goes

War is a very profitable racket, but every time there is a new war, the masses seem to immediately forget that because this war is special — different somehow. More moral and humanitarian, I’m sure.

As for Putin’s new terms, well, it is almost as if he thinks that he can entice NATO? Here:

Ukrainian troops must be withdrawn from the Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, Kiev must declare that it has no plans to join NATO. The Russian Federation is ready to guarantee the safe withdrawal of Ukrainian units and formations from Donbass.

Another firmly-worded gentleman’s promise amongst old friends, eh?

But this is all just too ridiculous to take seriously even for a moment. Even though this is the most conciliatory that Putin has been yet, it was immediately rejected by Kiev and Washington.

Frankly, unless there is some hidden ace up his sleeve, I simply can’t see why he thinks he can dictate terms to NATO at all. Still, despite the bluster, it is quite clear that he is already starting to backtrack on his “demands”. And these are only the public ones revealed to the ignorant masses — we don’t know just how much he is conceding through backchannels, but it is probably yet more measures to take away Russia’s sovereignty that he’d have to sign away.

As far as I can tell, he really only wants to personally be allowed to rule until he’s dead so that they can’t get him like they did Saddam and Ghadaffi and all the others.

And we probably won’t have to wait long.

For some reason, Putin and the MoD are not rotating the soldiers and militiamen and contractors and prisoners fighting in the Not-War. This is kind of crazy. This is literally a tragedy. Soldiers are NOT being rotated out and are being told that they will fight until they are dead or they will be shot by their own side. This is being discussed on the war channels on Telegram and there are still more videos of soldiers complaining that they’re being forced back to the front despite the fact that they are injured or recovering or in a rest period. Soldiers need to be given time for rest and recuperation. Past a certain point, their combat effectiveness drops like a stone because they a) start refusing orders and b) start engaging in mutinous behavior.

In America, during the Iraq occupation, this was a huge issue because of how the military refused to rotate out soldiers due to acute personnel shortages.

Russia has so few solders fighting that they simply cannot rotate them out. Or, worse, they don’t want these people to rejoin society because they are afraid of the consequences. Off the top of my head there could be the following problems:

• PTSD and poor reintegration

• Heightened feelings of patriotism and nationalism leading to anti-government activism

• Horror stories about the truth of how this Now-War was fought spreading through society

• Fear of anti-government paramilitary groupings forming

It seems that the issues concerning the front are coming to a boiling point. I think this may be because Shoigu’s firing proved that there was something deeply rotten in the MoD and this emboldened more people to start speaking up.

On Spets, which is a patriot-leaning TV and internet TV channel, they recently openly discussed the horrid conditions of the Russian soldiers on the frontlines. They are not allowed to rotate home or complete their contracts with the MoD.

The host openly says that:

• this is a war of self-annihilation; we are annihilating ourselves

• our government is run by greasy businessmen who hate the Russian people

• we have to get rid of this government somehow, Russians have to re-enter the political arena from which they have been banned

• we need to start having All-Russian gatherings and we need to articulate a Russian Nationalist platform to nationalize the government and the economy

• a people’s government that runs out the politicians; Russia needs actual elections where Russians are allowed to participate

• the co-host brings up the Simonyan quote: “if people like you ever take power, the first thing you will do is hang people like them”

• Russia needs a “SMERSH” that will shoot the traitors in power

• He says Russians are forced to live with their heads down like this:

• … while the government gets as many Russians killed and humiliated as possible

• the bureaucrats and politicians openly brag about owning Russia, do not see themselves as public servants

• the government thinks of Russians as livestock, understand? — yes, *sigh* that’s true

• the migration situation has to be tackled; the main problem is that a bunch of sleazy merchants run Russia and the country is for sale

• why are military supplies not flowing to the front?

• why are the military goals not clear to anyone?

• “Evil has triumphed [in Russia]”

• Russians have a duty to themselves and their progeny to resist this evil

These are fighting words. He didn’t name names or ethnicities for that matter, but even so, I haven’t seen such a right-wing, patriotic broadside fired against the Kremlin since Prigozhin was murdered and Strelkov was arrested. We will have to watch closely the fate of this outspoken man, Ivan Otrokovsky.

Russia is on a clock here.

They cannot keep relying on the remnants of rusted-out Soviet industry and these gang-pressed fighting men who are being told to either die on the front or be shot if they refuse to go die by sadistic commissars, apparently.

Even China has started to pull tighter on the noose around Russia’s neck. First, they cut off the gas. Now, they pledged to double down on sanctions against Russia after a conversation with Zelensky.

Here:

Russia isn’t mobilizing because, as we can see for ourselves, Putin is desperately trying to negotiate his way out of this mess somehow instead of taking the measures necessary to fight a serious war against Kiev + NATO.

But even if he surrenders all of Ukraine, I don’t think there will be peace.

The war will simply expand into Russia proper soon.
