The Soviet Union set up these programs back in the day and promoted race-mixing for a while (see the film Circus) but scaled back on that eventually.
My father, who is not a Nazi btw, used to be part of a volunteer student militia to slap some sense into these monkeys back in the day. They were dealing drugs and, well, you know the thing. Students protesting diversity was considered subversive and anti-Communist back in the day.
Funny enough, the same thing happened in China with the student riots in the late 80s. The CCP was importing africans into the dorm rooms and these Han wanted nothing to do with it.
